Shakira Breaks 14 Guinness World Records with Bizarrap Collaboration and Continues Chart Dominance with 'TQG' ft. Karol G



Shakira and Bizarrap's "Music Sessions Vol. 53" is the gift that keeps on giving, as it has propelled the Colombian star to break 14 Guinness World Records (GWR) officially. The collaborative effort between the two hitmakers was released in January, and it has already set numerous milestones.

Their dis track has secured titles for the most streamed Latin track on Spotify in 24 hours, with 14,393,324 streams, and the most viewed Latin track on YouTube in 24 hours, with 63,000,000 views. In addition, it is also the fastest Latin track to reach 100 million views on YouTube, achieving this feat in just two days and approximately 22 hours. The track also holds the title of the most streamed Latin track on Spotify in one week, with 80,646,962 streams. Shakira's Guinness World Records count has now reached a staggering 17 titles

In their collaboration, "Vol. 53," Shakira and Bizarrap did not shy away from Shakira's personal life, with the Colombian star taking aim at her ex, Spanish soccer star Gerard Piqué, and his suitability as a partner for someone of her status. The track's blend of slick bars and electrifying electo-pop sound helped it climb to No. 9 on the Billboard Hot 100, while it also peaked at No. 2 on both the Billboard Global 200 and the Billboard Global Excl. U.S. It was a massive success on the Hot Latin Songs chart, where it became Shakira's 12th chart-topper.

The release of "TQG," Shakira's highly-anticipated collaboration with Karol G, is currently making waves, with the song sitting at No. 1 on the Hot Latin Songs chart as of March 11. The track is part of Karol's history-making "Mañana Será Bonito" album.

Shakira's "Music Sessions Vol. 53" has earned her numerous Guinness World Records titles, including being the first female artist to debut in the Top 10 of the Billboard Hot 100 with a Spanish-language track, the most No. 1s on Billboard's Latin Airplay chart by a female artist, and the most cumulative weeks at No.1 on Billboard's Hot Latin Songs chart by a female artist. She also holds the record for most Top 10 hits on Billboard's Hot Latin Songs chart by a female artist and the most No. 1s on Billboard's Latin Pop Airplay chart by a female artist. Shakira's "Music Sessions Vol. 53" also broke the record for most Billboard charts topped by a Spanish-language track by a female artist.
